Keep the coffee hot a long time
"These pots are great for keeping coffee hot and steaming and fresh tasting for 3 plus hours. My only gripe, and it's a big one, is the stems in each pot are cut for that individual pot. It appears the thickness of the glass insert is not consistent, so the length of each stem has been cut to fit. One has to keep track of them not to mix them up. This can be a real problem if the individual washing up doesn't know this. It defeats the purpose of keeping the coffee hot if the pots all need to be opened to play musical chairs with the stems. I knocked a star off for this reason."
