Salvajor 100 Description
Built of durable, corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy housing, the Salvajor 100 disposer withstands demanding foodservice environments without the need for exterior paint. This basic unit features an 8-inch shredder and rotor—each precision machined from hardened carbide alloy—to break down food waste efficiently. Its 1-horsepower, water-cooled motor supports long-term performance and includes integrated thermal overload protection with manual reset. A rubber mounting adapter and flexible drain outlet absorb vibrations and reduce noise. Moisture intrusion is prevented by an extended lip seal, while dual-directional grinding capability helps maintain cutting efficiency over time.
