Salvajor 100 Description
Outfitted with an efficient water-cooled motor, the Salvajor 100 disposer delivers reliable waste processing in commercial foodservice environments. A dual-direction grinding mechanism helps extend the lifespan of the shredder and rotor, each of which spans 8 inches in diameter and is made of a hardened, wear-resistant carbide alloy. The body is crafted of heat-treated aluminum alloy and finished with computer machining to achieve a polished, corrosion-resistant surface. To reduce operational noise and prevent vibration, the unit includes a rubber mounting adapter and a flexible rubber drain outlet. Internal protection is provided by a sealed lip water seal and integrated thermal overload switch with manual reset.
