Salvajor 100 Description
The Salvajor 100 disposer offers reliable food waste removal for light-duty foodservice applications. Molded and machined from heat-treated aluminum alloy, the corrosion-resistant housing features a polished, paint-free exterior. To reduce vibrations and minimize noise during operation, a rubber mounting adapter and rubber drain outlet isolate the unit from surrounding components. The shredder and dual-cutter rotor are each 8 inches in diameter and built of high-strength, hardened carbide alloy for extended service life. A water-cooled, 1-horsepower motor supports consistent performance, and the extended lip seal protects internal components from moisture exposure.
