With a 9-cup flour capacity, the KitchenAid KSM150PSER Artisan® stand mixer's 5-quart stainless steel bowl accommodates the batter required for 9 dozen cookies or 4 1⁄2 loaves of bread. This rust- and corrosion-resistant bowl is built with a comfortable-grip handle to ease removal from the unit and ingredient transport, and for simple cleanup, it's dishwasher safe. To enable beating, whipping, mixing, and kneading, it includes a coated flat beater, coated dough hook, and six-wire whip. The hub accessory moves in a planetary mixing action that reaches 59 touchpoints along the bowl to expedite mixing without sacrificing consistency.
Because the KitchenAid KSM150PSER stand mixer's head can be tilted back, users can add ingredients to the mixing bowl with the included pouring shield or change out the hub accessories to achieve desired results. Before mixing, the head can be locked in place. Users can choose from 10 mixing speeds, which range from a slow stir to a quick whip.
