Imperial IR-8-E Description
The Imperial IR-8-E sealed element electric range is a stainless steel unit made for durability and multitasking in a busy commercial kitchen. This range is equipped with eight 9-inch circular plate elements that are easy to clean and don't require crumb trays. These plates are controlled using the cast aluminum control knobs, which have a heat protection grip for user safety and comfort.
The Imperial IR-8-E sealed element electric range’s base contains two space-saver ovens that can be operated independently of each other. The interior of each oven is made of porcelain to facilitate cleaning, and each oven sports one chrome rack. Each oven interior measures 20 inches wide by 26 inches deep by 14 inches high. The full electric range measures 48 inches wide by 31 1⁄4 inches deep by 56 1⁄2 inches high overall.
