Manitowoc Ice IYF1400C Description
The Manitowoc Ice IYF1400C 161 Indigo® NXT™ QuietQube® ice maker provides quiet operation when paired with the Manitowoc Ice CVDF1400 remote condensing unit. Depending on ambient and incoming water temperatures, this unit can produce between 1,230 and 1,425 pounds of half-cube ice. Its cabinet is constructed of corrosion-resistant DuraTech® material, with a clear coat that conceals fingerprints and dirt. Continuous diagnostics provide the operator with maintenance feedback and cleaning requirements. This ice maker can be programmed to produce ice for a certain period of time or until it has produced a specific volume.
To streamline management, this Manitowoc Ice IYF1400C 161 ice maker head features an easyTouch® display that highlights operations, diagnostic feedback, and temperature controls. For general upkeep, the foodzone's water trough, distribution tube, splash guard, water probe, and water pump can be removed when the front door is opened. Between cleanings, AlphaSan® antimicrobial technology helps reduce bacterial growth to maintain a sanitary production space. Overall, the unit is 30 inches wide by 24 1⁄2 inches deep by 25 inches high.
