Manitowoc Ice IDT0500W/D570 Description
The Manitowoc Ice IDT-0500W/D-570 Indigo NXT™ ice maker with bin has a 500-pound daily production capacity, but operators can program a specific volume or operation time to best suit their needs. It makes slow-melting full-cube ice that is ideal for drinks in restaurants and bars. Each cycle, these cubes are measured by an acoustical probe to ensure they have a consistent thickness. On the touchscreen display, operators can check service and energy information.
As much as 532 pounds of ice fit in the Manitowoc Ice IDT-0500W/D-570 ice machine with bin. Made of strong polyurethane, its liner resists corrosion and scuffs. The bin door is insulated by foam, retaining cold air to slow the melting process. Grips are integrated into the door, so users can securely open it. With its self-latching design, the door remains open when scooping.
