Manitowoc Ice IYP0500W/D570 Description
The Manitowoc IYP0500W/D-570 Indigo NXT™ ice maker with bin can store 532 pounds of ice and produce 509 pounds of ice within a 24-hour period. Operators can schedule ice production by volume in the bin or at a certain time during the day. An acoustical probe measures ice thickness before it drops in to the bin. Ice will not melt quickly since the door is foam insulated. An ice scoop comes with the bin, and built-in knuckle guards prevent contamination.
Diagnostics run on the head to ensure proper operation, while its easyTouch® control panel has touch icons to simplify use. Side lifts in the door ease opening, while a latch keeps the door open so employees can scoop ice. With a DuraTech® exterior, the Manitowoc IYP0500W/D-570 ice maker with bin maintains a clean appearance.
