The 5O7O MEST-27-12-A sandwich/salad mega top prep table integrates a lockable door with a 90-degree stay-open feature to streamline daily reloading. Equipped with 4-inch casters, the 27 3⁄4-inch-wide by 35 3⁄8-inch-deep by 44 1⁄2-inch-high build is made of aluminum and 430 stainless steel, resisting moisture and surface marks for a clean, professional finish. Its digital controls and R600a refrigerant sustain temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit inside the 7.3-cubic-foot cabinet, while automatic defrosting melts ice to avoid evaporator blockage. The 9 3⁄10-inch cutting board enables convenient assembly. Crafted for multi-level storage, this table contains an adjustable, epoxy-coated shelf and 12 sixth-size pans.
