Southbend PCG180S/SI Description
From the Platinum series, the Southbend PCG180S/SI gas convection oven features a double-deck design to cook various recipes simultaneously. Each deck is equipped with its own set of solid-state controls that consist of knobs for timer and temperature settings in addition to rocker switches for power, cool-down mode, and lighting. Inside each cavity are five wire racks that can be rearranged among the 11-position guide to accommodate pan arrangements.
For durability and longevity, the Southbend PCG180S/SI double-deck convection oven's exterior is made of stainless steel. The inside of each deck is constructed of porcelain for heat retention and features an enamel finish for easy cleaning. Two sets of independent doors are mounted to the front of each cavity and is fitted with high-efficiency windows to provide a clear view of the interior.
