Southbend PCG180S/SI Description
The Southbend PCG180S/SI Platinum convection oven is built of durable stainless steel with an enamel-coated porcelain interior. The unit's double-deck design is a great solution for busy locations with limited space. Each deck operates using solid-state controls, which consist of two knobs for temperature and timer settings and an array of rocker switches for power, cool-down mode, and interior lights. An additional mechanism is provided to light the pilot electronically.
Inside each of the Southbend PCG180S/SI gas convection oven decks are five wire racks that can be adjusted to accommodate various pan arrangements. The cabinet uses LP gas and works with the two-speed fans to evenly circulate the heat around each cavity as determined by the controls. Overall, the unit measures 38 inches wide by 37 1⁄4 inches deep by 66 3⁄4 inches high and stands on four 6-inch legs.
