Southbend PCE75B/SI-V Description
Featuring a durable, ventless design, the Southbend PCE75B/SI-V Platinum convection oven is constructed of stainless steel that enables versatility in its positioning throughout the workplace. Its 29-inch interior depth is fitted with five wire shelves that can be adjusted to accommodate various arrangements of full-sized pans. The interior space is made of porcelain for its heat retentive qualities and is enameled to lock in heat and ease cleaning.
To manipulate the Southbend PCE75B/SI-V convection oven's heat production, operators use the manual controls, which consist of two knobs for temperature and timer setting and rocker switches for lighting, cool-down mode, and power. Heat production can be set from 140 to 500 degrees; the hot air is circulated via the two-speed fan for even cooking. For stability, the unit stands on four 6-inch stainless steel legs.
