Southbend PCE75B/SI-V Description
Part of the Platinum series, the Southbend PCE75B/SI-V features a ventless design that enables versatile placement around the kitchen. While the cabinet is made of stainless steel for durability and longevity, the interior is constructed of enamel-coated porcelain for heat retention and features coved corners to prevent debris buildup. For convenience, five wire racks are included and can be adjusted among the 11 positions.
To operate the Southbend PCE75B/SI-V single-deck convection oven, manual controls are provided. Two knobs control the 60-miute timer and set the unit to a temperature between 140 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Rocker switches manipulate the lighting, power, and forced cool-down mode. The interior lights combined with the windowed doors provide a clear view of the food cooking inside.
