Southbend PCE15S/TD-V Description
The Southbend PCE15S/TD-V Platinum double full-size convection oven features a control panel that slides out for convenience. The control panel offers accurate timekeeping, the ability to set temperatures between 150 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit with a 140 to 200-degree holding range, and has a plug-in and plug-out configuration. To lock in heat and reduce energy usage, each door is fitted with high-efficiency glass windows and a dual door seal system.
The Southbend PCE15S/TD-V convection oven has a ventless design, enabling it to be placed anywhere in a kitchen, simplifying installation. This convection oven’s two 29-inch-wide by 211/2-inch-deep by 20-inch-high cabinets hold a total of five racks each. Operators can adjust the racks by 15/8 inches with the 11-position rack guides. The interior has a porcelain finish with coved corners while the exterior front, top, sides, and rear jacket are made of stainless steel.
