Southbend PCE15S/TD-V Description
The Southbend PCE15S/TD-V Platinum convection oven is a double-deck unit capable of baking multiple items at once in different temperatures and for different lengths of time. Each oven deck has a touchscreen control panel, which provides information regarding temperature and timing. The ovens both have enameled porcelain interiors with easy-to-clean coved corners. Each deck has two dependent doors that open using a stay-cool handle to ensure user protection, while windows in the doors and interior lighting enable visual monitoring during cooking.
The Southbend PCE15S/TD-V full-size convection oven’s ventless design enables versatility in placement around the kitchen, and the full unit measures 38 inches wide by 391/4 inches deep by 64 inches high. The stainless steel construction is durable and resistant to corrosion and rust for longevity. It's equipped with a two-speed fan and a forced cool-down mode for efficient use. Additionally, the unit is made to reach temperatures between 150 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit.
