Southbend PCE15B/TD Description
The Southbend PCE15B/TD bakery-depth full-size oven holds five plated wire racks per deck (included), and these racks can be placed on 11-position rack guides with 1 5⁄8-inch spacing. The cavity is finished in porcelain enamel, while the exterior is made of stainless steel for dent and corrosion resistance. The metal door frames are furnished with low-emission glass to contain heat, and the attached handles stay cool to the touch during operation.
The Southbend PCE15B/TD Platinum full-size convection oven uses high-efficiency elements for heating. There are three modes: manual, recipe, and rack modes for operation. It has an adjustable range between 150 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit, and after heating, it can be set to holding between 140 and 200 degrees. The digital display communicates time and temperature.
