Southbend PCE15B/TD Description
The Southbend PCE15B/TD Platinum full-size convection oven has a series of high-efficiency elements and a two-speed fan that helps to evenly distribute heat inside the cavity. This unit operates with touchscreen controls, enabling users to adjust temperatures between 150 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit, with a holding range between 140 and 200 degrees. The digital display shows time and temperature, and there are three operating modes: manual, recipe, and rack modes.
The Southbend PCE15B/TD bakery-depth full-size oven is 38 inches wide and includes five plated wire racks per deck. These racks are adjustable on 11-position rack guides with 1 5⁄8-inch spacing. The cooking cavity is finished in porcelain enamel, and the exterior is made of stainless steel. The energy-saving glass windows save energy and retain heat inside the cavity, while the heavy-duty handles stay cool to the touch through operation.
