Southbend PCE11S/SD-V Description
The Southbend PCE11S/SD-V single full-size convection oven is from the platinum series—a line of high-powered ovens with high-speed fans and effective heat elements. This unit has a side-mounted control panel with standard controls so users can adjust cooking time and temperature parameters. The temperature is alterable between 150 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit, while the timer can be set as high as 60 minutes. When the unit has reached its pre-set temperature, the heat-on indicator will light up. The control panel can be easily serviced because of its “plug-in, plug-out” design.
This Southbend PCE11S/SD-V convection oven has a width of 38 inches and a height of 55 inches. Inside, its 29-inch-wide cavity holds five racks that are adjustable in 11 total positions with the rack guides. The cavity is finished in porcelain enamel and has coved corners for simplified cleaning. The exterior is made of sturdy, corrosion-resistant stainless steel for longevity. This unit adeptly contains heat with its two low-emission glass doors and dual-seal system.
