Southbend PCE11S/SD-V Description
The Southbend PCE11S/SD-V ventless full-size convection oven is a single-deck stainless steel unit made for durability and resistance to rust and corrosion to help extend the unit's service life. This unit sits on 26-inch triangular legs and measures 38 inches wide by 371/4 inches deep by 55 inches high overall. For user visibility, the convection oven has two dependent doors with windows. The door is equipped with a heavy-duty stay-cool door handle for user safety and comfort.
The Southbend PCE11S/SD-V ventless full-size convection oven has a porcelain enamel-finished interior featuring coved corners that keep debris and bacteria from becoming trapped. The interior measures 29 inches wide by 211/2 inches deep by 20 inches high, and it has a digital touchscreen control panel that displays time and temperature. This convection oven can be set between 150 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit.
