Southbend PCE11B/SD-V Description
From the Platinum series, the Southbend PCE11B/SD-V single-deck convection oven is designed for ventless operation, enabling the compact unit to be used away from a hood to save space. It features intuitive controls for temperature and timer settings and produces heat from 140 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. The two-speed fan circulates hot air throughout the unit for even cooking.
For enhanced durability, the Southbend PCE11B/SD-V convection oven's top, front, and sides are built of stainless steel, while the interior is made of enameled porcelain for heat retention and ease of cleaning. The two dependent doors interlock to form a strong seal to help retain heat; these doors are windowed to provide a clear view of the food as it cooks. Ideal for baking specialty selections, the unit is designed with a 29-inch bakery depth and is ideal for moderately busy locations.
