Southbend PCE11B/SD-V Description
The Southbend PCE11B/SD-V Platinum single-deck convection oven features a bakery depth of 29 inches, which is ideal for making specialty baked goods in moderately busy locations. It's fitted with two interlocking doors built with high-efficiency windows designed to retain heat and provide an unhindered view of the food inside. The interior space is made of enameled porcelain and is lit with two recessed lamps.
At the front right of the Southbend PCE11B/SD-V convection oven are the thermostatic controls where staff can manipulate the temperature from 140 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit and set the 60-minute timer. The two-speed fan circulates air around the cabinet for even heat distribution. Externally, the sides, front, and top are made of durable stainless steel. Additionally, the unit stands on sturdy 26-inch triangular legs for a full height of 55 inches.
