Southbend 4601DD-3GR Description
Southbend's Ultimate Restaurant range gives operators three of the most essential pieces of equipment in one convenient package. Four 33,000 BTU cast iron burners give you the power you need to boil and sauté. Two ovens give you plenty of room to bake, and each can accommodate a full-size sheet pan front-to-back or side-to-side. A 1⁄2-inch thick griddle provides an evenly-heated surface to grill proteins and breakfast items.
- 37-in. high cooking top is at a comfortable working height for staff
- Non-clog 33,000 BTU top burners
- Rugged cast iron burner grates are removable for cleaning
- 4-in. deep stainless steel front plate for plating food
- Manually-controlled gas cutoff valve on the front of the range cuts off gas to entire range for safety and easy servicing
