Southbend 4601DD-3GL Description
Southbend's 4601DD-3GL LP Ultimate Restaurant Range includes four 24,000 BTU cast iron burners, a 36 inch griddle, and two standard ovens. Cast iron grates and burners lend themselves to easy maintenance and durability, and the restaurant range's griddle is built with a 1⁄2 inch thick griddle plate that heats evenly. For safety, a manual gas shutoff valve is located on the front of the range to quickly cut off the gas supply to the entire range.

- Cast iron grate tops heat evenly, retain heat, and are fully removable for cleaning and maintenance
- Comfortable 37-in. working height
- 60 3⁄4 in. overall cooking surface width
- 4-in. stainless steel front rail accommodates dinnerware and cookware for plating and staging food
- Manual gas-shutoff is mounted on the front of the range to quickly cut off gas to entire range for service
- 22 1⁄2 in. flue riser is equipped with a heavy-duty shelf to hold supplies and ingredients
- Factory-installed gas pressure regulator
- Standing pilot for burners for quick, simple ignition
- Built with stainless steel front and sides for durability and easy cleaning
- 6-in. adjustable stainless steel legs allow for level installation on uneven floors
