This restaurant range's four burners, charbroiler, and two standard ovens make it a powerful and versatile cooking solution. The four top burners each operate at 33,000 BTU with a no-clog design that keeps them running efficiently with minimal maintenance. To the left of those burners is the 96,000 BTU charbroiler with cast iron grates and a stainless steel tube burner with radiant fins that distributes heat evenly towards your grill products. Rounding out the 60-inch restaurant range are two standard ovens, each including one oven rack.
