FWE UHS-7 Description
To provide protection during transport, the FWE UHS-7 half-height insulated heated cabinet is built with a wraparound bumper and fitted with 5-inch casters that enable mobility. By using the push bar handles, employees can maneuver the cabinet through a dining room or banquet hall. This cabinet contains high-density fiberglass insulation that helps preserve energy and warm air. For uniform product holding, the Humi-Temp heat and humidity system circulates heat and eliminates hot and cold spots.
The FWE UHS-7 mobile heated cabinet's control panel is positioned on the front to facilitate quick access. Its thermostat can be used to adjust the temperature from 90 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, and its thermometer provides a readout of the temperature even when the cabinet is not being used. To accommodate a variety of food, the seven adjustable tray slides can hold (7) 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans or (14) 12-inch by 20-inch steam table pans. With its stainless steel construction, this unit is durable enough for commercial use.
