FWE UHS-12 Full Height Insulated Mobile Heated Cabinet w/ (12) Pan Capacity, 120v

Built for transport, the FWE UHS-12 heated cabinet is supported with 5-inch casters, two of which are rigid and two of which swivel. Made of stainless steel, its base is welded to stay locked in place during movement, preventing rattling. Acting as a shield, a solid 1¹/₂-inch-wide bumper wraps around the frame to prevent damage if the unit runs into an object. Users can push the cabinet with its two 1-inch by ³/₈-inch heavy-duty push-bar handles.

At 32³/₄ inches wide, 33¹/₂ inches deep, and 69¹/₂ inches high, the unit’s 12 nickel-plated tray slides hold eight 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans or 24 hotel pans 12 inches by 20 inches. The slides can be adjusted in 1¹/₂-inch increments on stainless steel uprights to accommodate changing food items and are removable for interior cleaning. Its insulated door swings out 180 degrees for full access into the unit’s interior.

The FWE UHS-12 commercial heated cabinet uses a Humi-Temp heat and humidity system, which creates uniform distribution of hot, moist air to reduce random hot and cold spots. More humidity can be added to the heat circulation if foods need to be stored for longer periods. Users manage the system’s heat controls with a control panel located on the front of the unit, while a thermometer portrays the temperature at all times—even without a power source—to ensure the unit is at the correct temperature for desired results.
