FWE UHS-20 Description
Insulated with high-density fiberglass, the FWE UHS-20 full-height mobile heated cabinet preserves energy and reduces heat loss. Hot and cold spots are eliminated using a Humi-Temp heat and humidity system, circulating air evenly for uniform product holding. The temperature can be adjusted from 90 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit. The controls are mounted to the front to facilitate access, and they include a thermometer that provides a constant temperature readouts even when the unit itself is powered off.
The FWE UHS-20 insulated heated cabinet is built with two flush-mount doors with edge-mount latches. Universal tray slides can accommodate as many as (20) 18-inch by 26-inch full-size sheet pans or (40) 12-inch by 20-inch full-size food pans, and they can be adjusted in increments of 1 1⁄2 inches. Made of stainless steel, this unit is durable enough to stand up against repeated commercial use. It measures 58 1⁄2 inches wide by 33 1⁄2 inches deep by 61 1⁄2 inches high, and it's equipped with casters to enable mobility.
