FWE UHS-10 Description
The FWE UHS-10 mobile heated cabinet operates with a Humi-Temp heat and humidity system that eliminates hot and cold spots to evenly circulate hot, moist air. It has a specified water pan to enable use with humidity, and it's removable to streamline cleaning. For monitoring, a thermometer on the front-mounted control panel provides a readout of temperatures, which are adjustable from 90 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit using a thermostat.
A bumper wraps around the bottom of the FWE UHS-10 full-height heated cabinet to protect it if collision occurs during transport. Its 5-inch casters enable mobility, streamlining foodservice by helping employees deliver food from the kitchen to the dining room. The 10 adjustable universal tray slides can accommodate (10) 18-inch by 26-inch pans or (20) 12-inch by 20-inch pans. It's made of stainless steel—a durable metal that won’t rust or corrode over time.
