FWE P-80 Description
The FWE P-80 heated meal delivery cart holds 72 covered plates measuring 11 inches in diameter, providing the user with the means to deliver dozens of full meals to diners at a distance from the kitchen. Its Humi-Temp system controls the interior storage conditions of the cabinet to preserve the integrity of stored food, keeping it from becoming dry and tough. Mounted on the cabinet's front, a control panel lets users monitor the internal temperature on the digital display.
For structural support, the body of the FWE P-80 heated meal delivery cart has a 1-inch square tubular frame, keeping the unit sturdy and level to prevent sagging from heavy use. When users push or pull the cart, it rolls smoothly on four casters. Moving the cart around corners is facilitated by the two casters that swivel, and they also have brakes to prevent unexpected movement.
