FWE P-48 Description
The FWE P48 heated meal delivery cart has a low-profile design that can fit underneath a counter for compact storage. It has a Humi-temp control system to moderate the heat and moisture levels of stored meals, keeping prepared food fresh and soft until it's served. To move the cart from place to place, it has four 5-inch casters, two of which have brakes for secure use.
Inside the FWE P48 heated meal delivery cart, the stainless steel cabinet has coved corners and removable wire shelves that facilitate thorough cleaning. The swinging door has a gasket to seal in air and prevent leakage, reducing energy use. To ensure uniform quality, air is moved through the cabinet by a blower motor, keeping heat and humidity circulating.
