FWE P-180 Description
Built for durability, the FWE P-180 heated meal delivery cart is made of 20-gauge stainless steel that resists rusting and denting, and it has a 1-inch tubular steel frame that reinforces the shape of the cabinet and absorbs shock as it's rolled from place to place. Movement is made possible by four 6-inch casters that are mounted beneath the unit; each caster has a reinforced mounting plate to withstand impact from crossing raised doorways. The unit is maneuverable using the two swiveling casters, and when the user has reached the destination, the brakes can be engaged to secure the cart in place.
On the front of the FWE P-180 heated meal delivery cart, the controls are recessed to prevent accidental adjustments, and the controls are mounted at eye level to facilitate temperature monitoring. When the unit is unplugged for transportation, the thermostat continues to read and display the internal cabinet temperature so users can ensure food safety. Inside the cabinet, the Humi-Temp heat system circulates warm, moist air to keep food from cooling down or drying out before it reaches the destination. To clean the unit, the three wire shelves and the humidity reservoir can all be removed.
