FWE P-72 Description
The FWE P-72 heated meal delivery cart comes in handy for facilities that need to move a large quantity of prepared meals to a location away from the kitchen. Using its Humi-Temp system, the cart moderates the temperature and moisture level of stored food, preserving quality and flavor. After the cart is loaded, the door gasket ensures a tight seal to retain heat for an extended period.
To support product during transit, the FWE P-72 heated meal delivery cart has two removable wire shelves, and the door securely latches to prevent sliding and spilling as the cart moves. Its stainless steel construction is enhanced with a tubular steel frame that absorbs shock as the cart passes over uneven flooring. Users can adjust the front-facing control panel to change the temperature and humidity settings for the optimal holding environment.
