FWE E-720-XL Description
With the ability to hold 72 covered plates, the FWE E-720-XL meal delivery cart is a great choice in an environment where large numbers of people must be served. To optimize use of its four storage shelves, these plates should not exceed 12 3⁄8 inches in diameter. The cabinet is fully insulated so food is warm upon arrival at the customer's table or room. To streamline transport, it has recessed push handles and 6-inch casters.
The FWE E-720-XL meal delivery cart warms with forced air and the temperature can be adjusted using a full-range thermostat. Ensuring food on each shelf is kept at the same heat level, it has a baffle to provide consistency. If electricity isn't available, canned heat can be stored in a slide-out drawer as a backup warming method. This cart is made of stainless steel for resilience.
