FWE E-1200-XL Description
The FWE E-1200-XL E-series meal delivery cart can be used to transport food to patients in healthcare facilities or bring food to guests in banquet halls. It has capacity for 120 covered plates with a maximum 12 3⁄8-inch diameter. These plates stack on three shelves with 16 5⁄8-inch clearances that are constructed to resist sagging.
The unit is heated, so it keeps food at safe temperatures longer than ambient options. During transport, the unit can be unplugged and keep food warm with canned fuel in the drawer system. Minimizing temperature fluctuations between the top and bottom of the cabinet, the cart has a baffle and vented tunnel. Its fully insulated construction reduces heat transfer from outside air.
While the FWE E-1200-XL banquet cart is transported, its base frame absorbs shock and vibrations, and the wraparound bumper prevents damage to other surfaces. It's mobile on six 6-inch casters—two are fixed and two swivel with brakes. The control system on the cart is mounted on the front at eye level and includes a thermometer that operates even if the unit is unplugged.
