FWE E-480-XL Description
The four shelves in the FWE E-480-XL heated meal delivery cart can hold 40 open plates or 48 covered plates as long as they don't exceed 123⁄8 inches in diameter. To facilitate loading and serving, the single door swings open 270 degrees. Its temperature can be adjusted with a full-range thermostat and a unique baffle ensures every meal in the cabinet is heated uniformly for consistency. The cabinet is fully insulated, which prevents hot air escape.
This FWE E-480-XL meal delivery cart has a 20-gauge stainless steel exterior and a 22-gauge stainless steel interior. This construction is highly durable and resists scratching, corroding, and dents. When on the go, the cart can be warmed with canned heat in a slide-out drawer, and when a power source is available, it can be plugged in to use forced air heating. Mounted on 6-inch casters with a recessed push handle, this unit can be maneuvered through a hotel or care facility.
