FWE E-600-XL Description
Great for use in a catering environment, the FWE E-600-XL heated meal delivery cart has 6-inch casters and recessed push handles to facilitate movement throughout the dining hall. The cabinet is fully insulated and has a baffle to ensure heat doesn't escape while food stays at the same temperature, which can be adjusted with a full-range thermostat. This unit warms either electronically with forced air or by using canned heat.
The FWE E-600-XL meal delivery cart has three shelves to hold as many as 60 covered plates of food. These plates must not measure more than 123⁄8 inches in diameter if users want to use the entire 60-plate capacity. Its single door swings out 270 degrees and opens flush against the cabinet, streamlining serving and loading procedures. Constructed of stainless steel, this cart is durable for years of use.
