Duke WB305 Description
The Duke WB305 Aerohot™ steam table holds food at ideal serving temperatures in five openings that accommodate standard-size food pans. For even warmth, the pans are held over a wet bath, and the elements are heated by natural gas. A valve enables users to control the flow of gas, while a safety point ensures that it operates correctly. All compartments are lined with corrosion-resistant stainless steel and have a cast brass drain for quickly removing water.
Constructed of strong stainless steel, the Duke WB305 steam table prevents dinging and denting, and adjustable feet help the unit stand upright, even when floors are uneven. Its open base has a shelf that offers storage for noncombustible supplies and equipment. Stretching across the front of the unit, a poly cutting board enables operators to plate food or prep ingredients.
