Duke WB304 Description
Measuring 12 inches by 20 inches, the four 8-inch-deep pan openings in the Duke WB304 Aerohot™ steam table have a drain that enables use with wet baths, which helps heat from the burners spread throughout the compartments evenly. Operators can adjust temperature levels with the control valves.
Providing a convenient place for meat prepping, a carving board measuring 7 inches wide spans the length of the unit and is reinforced by a support shelf and brackets. Heavy duty and rust resistant, this Duke WB304 Aerohot steam table is made of stainless steel. Its undershelf and legs are also made of stainless steel, so they can endure high-volume use.
