Duke WB303 Description
The Duke WB303 Aerohot wet bath steam table has three openings, with each one holding a 12-inch by 20-inch by 8-inch pan for wet baths. This design enables operators to fill the unit with water so that it can generate steam and provide even heat. Insulation in the unit seals in heat to maintain the right temperature.
A full-length carving board measuring 7 inches wide is integrated into the front of this Duke WB303 Aerohot steam table. Operators can use this area to cut meat in front of customers or assemble plates because it is reinforced by a support shelf and die-stamped brackets. A shelf under the pan compartments holds supplies and equipment. Durable enough for high-volume operations, this steam table is made of strong stainless steel.
