Duke G-3-DLSS Description
Beneath the top, the Duke G-3-DLSS Thurmaduke™ hot food table integrates an undershelf that supports replacement tools and equipment without crowding the work surface. Its 16- and 20-gauge stainless steel build measures 46 inches long by 34 inches wide by 36 inches high to fit into compact buffet and cafeteria lines. Controlled by individual infinite controls, the three full-size wet wells contain water pans that gently heat dishes for enhanced moisture retention.
The Duke G-3-DLSS table mounts on 6-inch polished legs with adjustable feet that rise and lower to match nearby units. Outfitted with an 8 1⁄2-inch cutting board, it delivers ample prep and finishing space, while a dish shelf holds plates and bowls within reach for efficient loading. Wire knob guards minimize accidental setting changes during busy service. Using a gas regulator and safety pilots, this natural gas model inhibits irregular gas flow and buildup.
