Duke G-3-DLSS Description
The Duke G-3-DLSS Thurmaduke™ hot food table incorporates an 8 1⁄2-inch cutting board that withstands constant plating and portioning. For organized, covered storage, it arranges extra tools across a built-in dish shelf and undershelf. 6-inch polished legs with adjustable feet elevate the 46-inch-long by 34-inch-wide by 36-inch-high frame off the ground to boost cleaning access around the base. 16- and 20-gauge stainless steel construction prevents surface abrasion to retain a professional finish.
Fitted with a gas regulator, the Duke G-3-DLSS table meters LP gas flow through the system to avoid pressure overload. Safety pilots monitor burner flames and disable operation if one goes out, while infinite controls with wire knob guards enable independent temperature modification. Made for full-size pans, the three wet wells create hot water baths around containers for uniform heat distribution.
