Designed for catered serving layouts, the Duke G-3-CBSS Thurmaduke™ hot food table combines 16- and 20-gauge stainless steel construction to improve structural rigidity in high-use setups. Wire knob guards protect the infinite controls from incidental contact along the front edge for stable warming. To minimize rocking or unwanted movement, 6-inch polished legs with adjustable feet anchor the body in place.
The Duke G-3-CBSS natural gas table includes an undershelf that positions additional pans and tools below the serving line to maintain a sleek front-facing appearance. Measuring 46 inches long by 25 1⁄2 inches wide by 36 inches high, it holds three full-size pans in individual wet wells for clean product separation. Promoting precise fuel delivery and reliable ignition, this unit comes with a gas regulator and safety pilots.
