The Duke G-3-CBSS Thurmaduke™ hot food table employs individual infinite controls for focused fine-tuning across its three full-size wells. Engineered for wet operation, it offers indirect heating to prevent overcooking displayed foods. The narrow frame measures 46 inches long by 25 1⁄2 inches wide by 36 inches high and integrates an undershelf that reserves lower space for extra containers or serving utensils.
Equipped with wire guards, the Duke G-3-CBSS table protects the knobs from impact to sustain set heating levels. Each LP gas burner connects to a safety pilot for dependable gas leak prevention, while a gas regulator manages fuel release according to output needs. Resting on 6-inch polished legs with adjustable feet, its 16- and 20-gauge stainless steel structure facilitates quick leveling.
