Duke G-2-DLSS Description
Fueled by natural gas, the Duke G-2-DLSS Thurmaduke™ hot food table pairs safety pilots with a gas regulator to preserve optimal operating pressure and stop gas from accumulating in the burner chamber. Adjustable feet cap the 6-inch polished legs for balanced footing on textured or angled flooring. Both of the wet wells fit a full-size pan, delivering full-coverage heat transfer without rapid drying.
The Duke G-2-DLSS table's 32-inch-long by 34-inch-wide by 36-inch-high stainless steel frame resists warping and abrasion from frequent bumps. Shielded by wire knob guards, the infinite controls adjust each element independently to suit different menu requirements. An 8 1⁄2-inch cutting board gives staff space to portion or finish items before service, while the dish shelf and undershelf stage dinnerware near the worktop.
