Duke G-2-DLSS Description
The Duke G-2-DLSS Thurmaduke™ hot food table provides two wells with water tubs that form a controlled wet-heat environment around full-size pans. Measuring 32 inches long by 34 inches wide by 36 inches high, the 16- and 20-gauge stainless steel body sits on 6-inch polished legs with adjustable feet for secure alignment. Individual infinite controls with wire knob guards link to the wells to accommodate a range of precooked dishes.
Furnished with an 8 1⁄2-inch cutting board, the Duke G-2-DLSS table gives staff a dedicated work area for portioning and garnishing. A dish shelf offers immediate access to plates and serving bowls, while an undershelf organizes prep accessories and trays. Fueled by LP gas, the unit routes fuel through a gas regulator for measured burner operation, and it features safety pilots that verify flame presence during use.
