For steady heat output between pan changes, the Duke G-2-CBSS Thurmaduke™ hot food table operates on natural gas. A gas regulator alters fuel release into the burner system, and safety pilots inhibit activation if the flame extinguishes. Featuring an undershelf, the cabinet maximizes available storage space to keep the worktop clear. 6-inch polished legs with adjustable feet raise and level the table for smooth installation across a variety of floor types.
The Duke G-2-CBSS table's two full-size wet wells utilize infinite controls to promote straightforward temperature adjustment for gentle warming or intense heat dispersal. Forming a barrier around the knobs, wire guards protect the controls from sleeves, trays, or passing utensils. The 16- and 20-gauge stainless steel body measures 32 inches long by 25 1⁄2 inches wide by 36 inches high, delivering a narrow, nonporous build for long-lasting durability and fast cleanup.
