Capped with 6-inch polished legs and adjustable feet, the Duke G-2-CBSS Thurmaduke™ hot food table responds to flooring inconsistencies to keep full-size pans evenly seated in both wet wells. Wire knob guards on the infinite controls block accidental turns from towels, tray edges, or hands. Equipped with a built-in undershelf, its 32-inch-long by 25 1⁄2-inch-wide by 36-inch-high structure integrates neatly into space-conscious foodservice counters. 16- and 20-gauge stainless steel construction resists corrosion through repeated moisture exposure. To reduce pressure spikes and unsafe LP gas accumulation, a gas regulator works alongside safety pilots.
