Duke E-6-DLSS Description
Following wet operation, the Duke E-6-DLSS Thurmaduke™ electric hot food table empties water through six drains and copper manifolds with a brass valve for organized discharge. 16- and 20-gauge stainless steel construction withstands high temperatures and repeated moisture contact without degrading. Outfitted with six insulated, sealed wells and individual thermostatic controls, the 88-inch-long by 34-inch-wide by 36-inch-high build supports a variety of entrees and sides.
The Duke E-6-DLSS table includes a dish shelf and undershelf in its partially-enclosed cabinet to position dinnerware, containers, and equipment out of view. Featuring an integral 8 1⁄2-inch cutting board, it provides a dedicated worktop for carving meats or portioning proteins. The unit's adjustable feet shift the 6-inch polished legs up and down to level the unit on uneven floors.
