Duke E-6-DLSS Description
The Duke E-6-DLSS Thurmaduke™ electric hot food table stands on 6-inch polished legs with adjustable feet, preserving flat placement for steady water depth across the six insulated wet wells. To protect the heating elements from spills and debris, each cavity is sealed. A built-in dish shelf holds bowls and plates close for quick retrieval, while an 8 1⁄2-inch cutting board streamlines plating workflows by reducing food movement.
Controlled by individual thermostats, the Duke E-6-DLSS table delivers varying heat levels to accommodate dense foods and delicate sides. Six drains release water from the wells at breakdown, and copper manifolds with a brass valve gather it into a single outlet. Measuring 88 inches long by 34 inches wide by 36 inches high, this 16- and 20-gauge stainless steel model incorporates an undershelf for convenient storage in crowded layouts.
